Lunawood Thermowood is the protagonist of this project for the Orange headquarters in Madrid. The company Comunica + a has been commissioned to reconvert this interior patio into a diaphanous, cozy and functional space.

Ana Larrea realized that the interior patio was not being used due to the high temperatures of both winter and summer, so the challenge was focused on turning it into a landscaped and warm area, suitable both as a professional and relaxing place.

Thermowood has been used in the furniture elements and in the lattices of the glazed façade, creating an attractive contrast and game of lights and shadows. It should be noted that the modules of the lattices have been machined in the workshop and have been placed in a random way, in this way there is no repetition between slats.

For this project, they have used Thermowood strips of 117 x 26, 4 blunt edges, radius 2, mechanized in the 4 sides. 

As we see, Lunawood is a resistant, sustainable and very versatile material with which to create sophisticated and charming environments.
