We share this spectacular project carried out with CTECH bamboo decking in an office building in Madrid. This work is built by our client Discesur for Metrovacesa, which has used all the physical and aesthetic properties of exterior bamboo flooring, specifically, the reference Dasso CTECH bamboo caramel colour.

The installation consists of about 1,600 m² distributed in two areas: the access to the building at street level and on its terrace. Both spaces have been designed to become places to unwind during the working day and relax to recharge your batteries. On the ground floor of the building, we find a garden area surrounded by the CTECH decking which, combined, give a feeling of being in a green and natural environment away from the city. On the other hand, the terrace will become one of the favourite spaces for many of the workers in these offices, as it is an open space with spectacular views of the city of Madrid, where bamboo flooring is once again combined with some vegetation.

This product has been chosen not only for its aesthetic properties, but also for its technical properties. Its manufacturing process gives bamboo flooring ideal characteristics for its installation, making it resistant to weather and biological elements. As they are manufactured with natural wood and the corresponding treatment is applied, they are environmentally friendly platforms with a high durability, resistant to fire, mould and termites. All our bamboo decking is more resistant to these elements than other natural wood decking.
