The project of houses “Els Brisoleis” by NEAR by Joaquin Anton for LOVHOMS is an exclusive complex of six sustainable houses situated in Teià, near of Barcelona.

The differential and remarkable appearance of the buildings is the design and the organic composition, produced using the thermowood Lunawood. This design allows that the step of sun filter by the wooden thermowood slats, doing function of protective solar for the interior of the building and endowing it of an energetic efficiency regarding luminosity and temperature.

The warm appearance of the playground provides it the slats of the mark Lunawood, specifically the slats Moon SHP 41x42, that project in front of the structure of black steel and the glass of the wide windows. These slats and many other novelties will be able to find them in the new catalogue of outsides 2022 of Gabarró.

These houses adapt harmoniously to the landscape of the urbanization, situated in the street Antonio Gaudí of Teià. The tenants of these six houses, three low plants and three duplex in the upper plant, will be able to enjoy of a wide and luminous space, with a big terrace or solarium to benefit of the climate of the Mediterranean.
