Luxurious floating villa manufactured with Lunawood's Thermotherapy wood

Proyecto 76227

Adamares, a prestigious studio of Finnish origin, has launched an exciting project to manufacture luxury floating homes, completely built in Finland and then transported by sea to be installed in the waters of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This new residential area comprises nine houses designed and built with cutting-edge materials, specially selected to resist the high temperatures of the country and the challenges of the aquatic environment.

Lunawood heat-treated wood, known for its durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions, has been chosen as the main material for the cladding of the facade and the creation of modern and elegant solar panels. Thanks to its thermal modification process, which significantly improves the properties of the wood, Lunawood is ideal for demanding climates such as Dubai, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of the houseboats in this challenging environment.

This innovative use of sustainable materials and cutting-edge technology underlines Adamares' commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability in the design and construction of floating luxury homes. Adamares' vision is to create an exclusive enclave where luxury merges with harmony with nature, offering a unique lifestyle in the midst of Dubai's spectacular seascape.
